- ALL leak only claims
- Cabinet Damage
- Acrylic Issues
- Covers (include a photo of the cover as well as the manufacturing tag on the lip of the cover)
Parts must be returned for the following claim types:
- All Electrical Components
- Please return pump and motor labels only. Do not return the entire pump
